Justin Lee has over 20 years of experience in the retail, hospitality and management. In the early 2000s he organized and ran programming for a local municipality. During that time, he transitioned to management at a large Canadian retailer. While there, he was headhunted to manage, run and co-own a franchise of a major coffee chain.

In 2015, launched his own coffee shop, Caffeine, and has co-owned it since.

Justin has always focused on building teams, for he believes on of the best parts of being a business owner and entrepreneur is the human side - seeing his employees grow, bond and mature.
